Who is the Feel Good Fortnight for:
As with all the HH classes, there are modifications throughout which make all the classes suitable for every level. This Summer feel good fortnight has the added benefit of lifestyle guidance to support you in optimising your health and wellbeing alongside your classes- all designed to help you feel good whatever your starting point.
What’s involved?
The 2 weeks has been designed to give you the ideal balanced week of classes to make you feel stronger, more mobile and toned. Each day will be a unique class to support you in feeling at your best. Ideally, you will join the class live each morning (9.15-10.15am), but if that is challenging for your schedule, all session recordings will be provided immediately after for you to use at a more convenient time. All sessions will be run by trainer & Physiologist Richard Hannam.
The schedule will include:
Monday: Cardio Fit | Tuesday: Mobility | Wednesday: Strong | Thursday: Cardio | Friday: Pilates
You will receive an introductory talk to lay the foundations and kick start the course. There are a further 3 Lifestyle sessions which will be the ideal compliment to your classes. These will take place on Tuesday in week 1 and Tuesday and Friday during week 2 at 8.45-9.15am. The sessions will cover Nutrition, Intelligent Training & next steps. These will also be available as recordings.
